Rippling - Time and Spend
Lead design across workforce and finance products for web and mobile. Shipped 0-to-1 products, platform redesigns, and policy-driven workflows that supported new revenue, suite adoption, and Time Products growth from about $6M to $33M ARR on a lean design pod.
Darwin Homes
Led 0-to-1 operational products for property managers, owners, and vendors. A new turnkey workflow reduced vacancy-to-rent-ready time from more than two months to under 21 days, while new vendor and investor portals reduced manual coordination.
Lowe's and USAA
Designed B2B vendor, internal finance, and member-service tools through research, workflow definition, prototyping, usability testing, and close implementation support.
